Sidney Brown (CEO of Elaborate Musik Orchestra) better known as Omen is a Grammy winning American music producer from Harlem. He has produced for artists such as Drake, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, Fabolous, Memphis Bleek, Mya, Redman, Keith Murray, Jellestone, and Amil. Omen's production facility is currently housed in Harlem recording studio Stadium Red, recent home of producer Just Blaze.

Omen's production was featured on early Roc-A-Fella releases by Memphis Bleek and Amil. Omen produced "Everybody" from Memphis Bleek's debut album Coming of Age and "No 1 Can Compare" from Amil's debut album All Money Is Legal.

Further placements include "Change Your or Change Me" and "Why Wouldn't I" from Fabolous's Street Dreams, "Taste This" from Mya's Mood Ring, and "Swagga Back" from Keith Murray's Def Jam debut He's Keith Murray.

Omen also provided the entire score for the Roc-A-Fella/Universal Pictures release Paper Soldiers in 2002

In 2006 Omen produced "Tell It Like It Is" for Ludacris which appeared as the b-side to the single "Money Maker." "Tell It Like It Is" was featured on Ludacris's double album Release Therapy, which won the 2007 Grammy Award for Best Rap Album, thus earning Omen his first Grammy award and certificate.

Omen was also featured on Redman's Red Gone Wild album, producing the song "Soopaman Luva 6" which featured Hurricane G.

Through Omen’s collaborations with Canadian music producer Noah "40" Shebib, he was introduced to Drake who recorded the song "Shut It Down" featuring The-Dream, for his highly anticipated album Thank Me Later.

Further co-production with Noah "40" Shebib led Omen to co-produce Lil Wayne’s "I'm Single" featured on No Ceilings. The video for "I'm Single" premiered on MTV2 on April 18th, 2010. "I'm Single" was also released on iTunes on May 11th, 2010.

Copyright Infringment Settlements and Publishing Dispute Resolution:

Weerai Music has over its time with Missing Link Music song catalogs, identified causes of action for copyright infringement, advised the original publishers, worked with attorneys on the successful negotiation and settlement of claims on behalf of over fifteen writers.

Sub-publishing infracstructure:

Weerai Music Company has consulted Missing Link Music and set up and maintained over fourteen different worldwide sub-publishing deals with companies such as Fuji-Pacific (SE Asia/Japan), AMV Talpas (Germany/Netherlands), Fable Music (Australia), David Gresham (South Africa), French Fried Music (France), Cafe Concerto (Italy), Clipper's Music (Spain/Portual/South & Central America), IK Media (Russia) and Media Men (Israel).

Database design, implementation and process management:

Through designing a customized database to handle copyright, licensing, writer, publisher and royalty information - Weerai Music has added significant value to Missing Link Music's internal infrastructure. While providing a long term alternative to Counterpoint and Royalty Calc's systems - Weerai Music has enabled an independent administrator to handle data, render statements and calcuate royalties in the same manner that a major music publisher can.

Weerai Music has consulted on the development of Common Works Registrations (CWR) standards which has allowed Missing Link Music to segue from administration into music publishing.
